    The Integration Analyst Associate is a vital member of our mission.

    In this role you will be responsible for performing all aspects of the design, development, maintenance, and management of Community Medical Center's broad variety of computer interfaces. Analyzes technical requirements, designing, configuring, testing and deploying interface. Maintenance and management of interfaces, development and adherence to coding standards, managing tools (i.e. utilities, revision control) and environments, and leveraging current technology. Developing interfaces and applications that are secure, compliant with all laws and regulations (such as HIPAA) and stable will be a priority.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyzes, designs and develops new, or modifies existing interfaces between the broad varieties of systems at CMC. Management of any contracted resources assigned.
    • Creates complete and accurate technical and end-user documentation for all new and modified interfaces or other applications created, as well as documentation for standards and procedures.
    • Acts as an internal consultant helping departments and the organization as a whole with questions, issues or projects related to the area of responsibility.
    • Follow policies, procedures, and standards related to the area of responsibility.
    • Acts as a liaison to other CIS groups during technical phases of projects.
    • Performs an active role in developing interfaces that are secure, compliant with all laws and regulations (such as HIPAA), stable and easy to use.
    • Provides support to other team members insuring strong team relationships and trust.
    • Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.

    Qualifications

    Minimum required:

    High school diploma and 3 years of applications integration or development experience. Competent in one or more advanced computer languages (Java, FoxPro etc.).  

     

    Preferred: 

    Associate’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or related field. Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
