    The Supervisor of Therapy Services - CSTCC is a vital Leader to our team and commitment to provide remarkable patient care.



    Who you are?

    You’re a Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist that is self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and passionate about therapy.



    You’re our ideal candidate if:

    • You have excellent verbal and written communication.
    • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SLP, OT or PT.
    • You are motivated with a strong desire to make an impact.
    • Skilled Nursing or Sub Acute experience.
    • You possess strong time management skills.
    • You have a proven track record of being detail-oriented and organized.
    • You have the ability to work proactively and independently, while exercising good judgement.


    What you’ll do:

    • Responsible for direct supervision of Therapists and support staff.
    • In collaboration with the Manager, oversees operations including assessing,  planning,  implementing  and evaluating the care of the departmental patients in order to ensure that patients and families receive an optimum level of care and service. 
    • Coordinate the quality improvement process.
    • Implement and evaluate the department's performance improvement goals.
    • Act as a resource/mentor in the department by assisting and encouraging staff participation in problem identification, formulation of plans, and initiation of improvement measures.
    • Accountable for providing expertise, leadership, effective communication, staff development and budget support.
    • Be part of a large Rehab Team across the CMC System



    • State of CA Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy license.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Three years' experience as a Staff Therapist.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
    • Current BLS certification.
    • Open availability as this position will require some nights, holidays and weekend shifts.

Joint Commission accredited, Community Subacute & Transitional Care Center is one of the largest facilities in California with a 106-bed facility providing inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions such as coma or other complex illness that require 24-hour medical supervision. 

    Patients whose care requires ventilator, respiratory, wound, IV, hospice, rehabilitation services and/or general nursing can receive treatment that’s consistent with an acute care center’s effectiveness while in a comfortable long-term care setting.
