    Radiology Nurses provide patient care as a team member working under the guidance of an Interventional Radiologist, Radiologists,  or other Interventional Physician in the Medical Imaging Department.  Radiology Nurses provide nursing services throughout the Medical Imaging Department: Interventional Radiology, CT, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, Ultrasound, and Diagnostic Radiology.


    Qualified Candidate must be ACLS certified and have at least 2 years critical-care nursing experience.  PALS certification expected within 6 months of accepting the position.  Prior procedural experience preferred.  Candidates must be flexible, able to stand for long time periods, able to work in potentially stressful environments, and comply with radiations safety regulations.


    The role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research, based on the Title 22 and Title 16, the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice, the Code of Ethics.




    Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency.




    • Graduate of approved nursing program
    • Bachelors of Science (BS) in Nursing preferred




    • Current California Registered Nurse License.
    • Current BLS certification.
