Working supervisor responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and basic pharmacy services. Serves as drug expert and consultant to physicians, nursing staff and other hospital personnel. Provides patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services, quality assurance review of drug utilization to various medical staff committees and the department. Establish relationships with pharmacy schools and set up Clinical, Internal Medicine / hospital rotations at CCMC pharmacy. Coach and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy students.



MINIMUM REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency or an equilavalent of 3 to 5 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in an acute care institution

PREFERRED: Masters degree in Pharmacy


MINIMUM REQUIRED: Valid state of California Pharmacist License.
