Responsible for Phlebotomy and Registration operations in the Outreach Lab, assumes the leadership role for designated section and/or shift. Assigns staff based on section needs, available staff, and skill levels. Facilitates continuous quality care in collaboration with laboratory management. Supervises and evaluates staff.
High School Diploma/GED. Three (3) years experience in hospital outpatient draw centers.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Current California Phlebotomist license.
