As a Medical Records Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist for Community, you will be integral in safeguarding and protecting patient health information. You should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills that pays meticulous attention to detail. 

From retrieval of discharge records, to release of documents, retention, and destruction of records, you will be essential to the compliance of federal, state, and organizational regulations.
