As an LVN for one of our physicians or specialists' offices, you will encounter a variety of patients with multiple comorbidities as well as some post-procedure patients. We pride ourselves on creating an environment that welcomes learning and growth, as we also continue to grow. Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE/GED) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing School program OR become licensed by equivalency required

Licenses and Certification

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse License required
• LVNIVTX - IV Therapy Certification (LVN) required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position
