Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements
Experience
• 4 years of information technology experience in a large enterprise environment required
• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required
• Experience in Project Management required
• Experience with cloud technologies preferred
• Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- SCCM (Primary Focus): Strong skills in application packaging and pushing out software.
- OS/Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell and a deep understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
- Cloud/MDM: Experience with Intune or other Mobile Device Management tools; general cloud-hosting knowledge.
- Other Tools: Experience with Imprivata, Active Directory (Group Policies), and device lifecycle management.
Licenses and Certifications
- One of the following certifications is preferred:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Teams Support Engineer Specialty, Endpoint Administrator or related
- CompTIA Certified: A+, Server+, Network+, Security+, Linux+ or related
- Vmware Certified: Technical Associate, Professional or related
- Nutanix Certified: Associate, Professional - End User Computing or related
- Other relevant systems/endpoint management certifications
