Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative joining our Patient Financial services, you'll be essential to patient experience and the workflow of our facilities! Taking the lead at our centralized call center, you will be integral to your team, including responding to inquiries regarding patient accounts and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
  • 2 years clerical and customer service experience required
