Responsibilities

The Grants Coordinator provides administrative and operational coordination of the organization’s grant lifecycle, supporting the preparation, submission, tracking, and reporting of grant proposals and awards. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance by maintaining grant records, coordinating required documentation, and monitoring deadlines within grants management systems. This position works closely with the grants team, development staff, finance, and program teams to gather information and support submission and reporting requirements, helping ensure grant activities are executed consistently and aligned with organizational and funder expectations.

 

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
 Experience
  • 1 year of experience in grant writing, grant administration, development support, fundraising operations, or a related administrative role required
  • Professional grant experience within a nonprofit, healthcare, or academic setting preferred
  • Experience supporting proposal development, application submissions, or reporting processes preferred
