Responsibilities

This position is responsible for leading and training department personnel and ensuring adherence to customary protocol. Monitors workflow, reports, and coordinates team sessions ensuring the department operates at optimal performance. Assists in the development and administration of policies and procedures, and remains watchful for enhancements.

Qualifications

Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Associate's Degree preferred
 
Experience
• 5 years of healthcare business office, billing, financial services or related experience required
• 2 years of patient financial services experience in a hospital setting required
