Responsibilities

This is the second of a four level job series within Community Health System's (CHS) Information Technology Services, Business Systems Group. This position provides support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including: analyzing and documenting ERP processes, developing and documenting technical processes, translating user requirements for development teams, participating in system planning, and in vendor product identification/due diligence/selection. 
 
Works assigned tasks and projects related to ERP systems. Demonstrates core understanding ERP and application knowledge consistent with business needs. Demonstrates the ability to manage less complex projects and works alongside stakeholders with system enhancement opportunities. Incumbent's work effort requires some level of quality control and produces a good level of work product.
 
 

Qualifications

Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in a Technology or Business related field required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement
 
Experience
• 2 years of experience implementing and supporting ERP systems required
• 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ERP systems preferred
