This is the second level of a four level job series within Community Health System's Information Technology Services (ITS), Desktop Design and Client Services department. Endpoint Solutions Engineers design, implement and support endpoint solutions within the organization.
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security and optimal performance of endpoint systems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals. Functions in collaboration and/or under guidance from more senior team members. Interfaces with internal/external customers and stakeholders to design and implement endpoint solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring scalability, security and reliability.
The Endpoint Solutions Engineer 2 demonstrates a broad level understanding of endpoint technologies, use of applications and tools and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Provides proficient technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
