The Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is an inpatient psychiatric facility and one of Community Medical Centers’ four acute care hospitals. As the Valley’s only inpatient mental health facility, CBHC provides a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals requiring 24/7 intensive psychiatric care. Patients may be admitted through walk-in services or hospital transfers, receiving individualized, patient-centered treatment designed to support stabilization and recovery.
At CBHC, compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence guide every interaction. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to meet the unique needs of each patient while partnering with families, outpatient providers, and community resources to ensure continuity of care beyond discharge.
The RN Manager is responsible for the clinical leadership, operational oversight, and staff development within the Community Behavioral Health Center. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective patient care in a structured, therapeutic environment. The RN Manager leads a team of nursing professionals and works collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes and an exceptional care experience.
