Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to support our recruitment efforts and help attract exceptional talent across the organization. You’ll be joining a nationally recognized Talent Acquisition team to execute effective talent acquisition strategies that support our mission and workforce needs.

 

Please note, this is a temporary position with full-time schedule and expected duration of approximately 4-6 months. This is a remote position. 

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

 

Recruitment Partnership & Consultation

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing recruiting guidance and insights that help improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Establish clear expectations, maintain consistent communication, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor recruiting activity, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure hiring success.

Candidate Attraction & Engagement

  • Create engaging job postings and identify appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and manage follow-up activities throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professional and timely communication.

Team Collaboration & Recruitment Coverage

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to provide recruitment coverage where needed and ensure continuity of service.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting a variety of departments and hiring teams based on evolving organizational priorities and coverage needs.
  • Maintain adaptability in a fast-paced environment, readily taking on new assignments and adjusting priorities to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruiting and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and candidate experience.

Required

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • At least one year of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
