Responsibilities

The Innovation Performance Improvement Specialist coordinates specific facility-wide innovation and performance improvement projects that are developed and administered in alignment with the facility's strategic goals. Promotes the facility's capacity to adopt innovative approaches to problem-solving and to sustain a high-performance improvement environment.

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Management, Organizational Development, or related field required
 
Experience
• 1 year of prior experience with project management, research, and data analysis required
