Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Experience
• 3 years of RN Case Management experience required
• Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting preferred
Licenses and Certifications
• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• ACM - Accreditation in Case Management required within 3 years of hire or transfer into position
• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
