Responsibilities

The Revenue Cycle Data Analyst is key in analyzing and reporting on business and operational data within the Revenue Cycle for Community Health Partners (CHP). The analyst analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides statistical insights to leadership to enhance processes and practices. This position plays a crucial role in improving data accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing Revenue Cycle processes. The analyst integrates data from various sources to offer new insights and develops visualizations, interactive dashboards, and other displays to communicate results effectively.
 
 

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Analytics, or related field required
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, such as Patient Access, Health Information Management or Patient Financial Services may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement
 
Experience
• Experience in data analysis processes and tools (e.g., EPIC, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, etc.) within a healthcare setting required
