Responsibilities

 
The Director of Provider Outreach and Account Management provides strategic leadership and oversight for provider growth, engagement, and retention efforts for Community Provider Plus (CPP) and the Community Collaborative Care Network (CCCN) throughout the California Central Valley region. This position is accountable for expanding and strengthening the provider network through both new provider acquisition and ongoing account management of existing practices, ensuring a high-performing, collaborative network that supports value-based care and system integration goals. The Director oversees a team responsible for business development, outreach, and relationship management, ensuring consistent and professional representation of the organization across all physician and group interactions. Acting as a strategic partner to both internal leaders and external stakeholders, the Director develops and executes data-driven outreach strategies, builds trusted relationships with independent providers, and ensures the long-term success of network participants through proactive support and performance monitoring. This role directly contributes to the system's Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) strategy, driving measurable growth, provider satisfaction, and alignment with clinical and financial objectives. Extensive travel throughout the Central Valley/Fresno County region is required to maintain high visibility and accessibility to the provider community.
 
 

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field required
• Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health preferred
 
Experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in provider network development, healthcare sales, or physician relations within a hospital, MSO, CIN, or health plan environment required
• 3 years in a leadership role with responsibility for outreach strategy, business development, or account management preferred
• Proven track record of achieving growth and retention targets in a value-based or clinically integrated network setting
