This position is located at Community Regional Medical Center.

• Oversee and support Environmental Services staff to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the facility. 

• Communicate regularly with clinical and non-clinical service areas to ensure cleanliness expectations are met. 

• Promote team development and serve as a resource for process improvements and quality control. 

• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene protocols to reduce risk of healthcare-associated infections.

Education & Experience  

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required 

• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services required 
• Environmental Services experience in a hospital environment preferred
• Experience as a Team Lead in Environmental Services preferred
