Communicates with insurance companies to justify continuation of home care services. Ensures authorization and optimal reimbursement by payor sources. Reviews and verifies patient eligibility and verifies account information against insurance program specifications. Completes appropriate paperwork via paper, internet or telephone conversation for prior authorizations.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED required
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of clerical experience required
