As a Compensation Analyst, you will support Community's job description and compensation programs. You will provide advice, leadership, and support in the preparation and revision of job descriptions, as well as research, develop proposals, and make recommendations on compensation-related issues. This includes researching and evaluating market trends, participating in salary surveys, maintaining job description software, and providing guidance and training to Compensation staff.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related discipline required
• 2 years of experience in Compensation Analysis, Data Analysis and/or Human Resources required
• Advanced knowledge and ability in excel and data manipulation required
• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
