With 352 all-private patient rooms and expanded access to services, this facility delivers complex, high-acuity care to patients throughout our region. As Director of Adult Inpatient Services, you’ll oversee a team of nearly XX clinical and support staff across ICU, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit, and Stepdown areas.

• Lead the daily operations, strategy, and clinical care standards across key inpatient units in alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory standards. 

• Partner with nursing leaders, physicians, and support teams to foster a collaborative, high-performing care environment focused on safety and patient outcomes. 

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance while driving operational efficiency and quality improvements. 

• Serve as a liaison to internal stakeholders and external partners including medical groups, community organizations, and accrediting agencies. 

• Champion team development and continuous improvement by supporting mentorship, clinical learning, and a culture of excellence.
