Responsibilities

The Capitation Manager oversees financial operations for both capitated and non-capitated functions at Community Care Health (CCH), including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for managing capitation revenue, provider payment systems, and the financial performance of risk-based agreements. The Capitation Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts, support rate negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position also contributes to strategic planning initiatives and supports the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or Business Administration required
• 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, capitation management, or a related field required
