We are looking for a Physician Contracting Analyst to join our growing team! In your role, you will be responsible for physician and vendor contracting activities and contract management functions - serving as a resource related to all physician contracting needs. From ensuring an effective physician contracting process and compliance, you will be a key player in assuring that contract administration activities are consistent with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

The Physician Contracting Analyst administers, at various levels of responsibility, physician and vendor contracting activities and contract management functions. Serves as a resource related to all physician contracting needs and ensures an effective physician contracting process for all key stakeholders. Ensures contract compliance and that contract administration activities are consistent with organizational goals and objectives. The Physician Contracting Analyst is expected to provide high quality and detail-oriented support to all key stakeholders.
 
 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration or related field required
  • Master’s degree in healthcare, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and 5 years of related experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and experience requirement

 

Experience

  • 1 year of contracting or related experience required
  • Experience with metric data analysis
  • Experience with Windows Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience working with Tableau preferred
  • Contracting experience in a large hospital or multi-hospital system preferred
