Responsibilities

Accountable for performing scheduling, inventory, clerical, operational and billing functions which require a thorough knowledge of home infusion care. Performs the medical supply coordination function for patients. Provides ancillary/technical assistance to the Pharmacist in providing medication to patients. Posts and fills orders, distributes and delivers medications. Prepares and fills IV additive solution orders according to prescribed procedures. Assists in inventory control including ordering, stock rotation, and return of outdated medications.

Qualifications

Education and License
  • High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
  • RXTECH - State of California Pharmacy Technician License required
