We are currently seeking an EKG Technician I - to join our highest trained, and most technologically advanced Cardiology department at Community Regional Medical Center. Recognized as the healthcare leader performing the highest level cardiac procedures in the region.

As an EKG Technician I – you’ll perform non-invasive cardiovascular tests and procedures and will ensure quality care, safety, and general comfort of the patient undergoing tests. You’ll interact effectively with patients and medical professionals in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt to demanding situations. You’ll be someone who is patient focused, compassionate and a great communicator who can convey information effectively to ensure quality patient care. • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

• 1 year of experience in a EKG Technician or similarly related position required
  • Experience requirement can be substituted by individuals who have successfully completed a Basic Arrhythmia or EKG/ECG course in the prior 1 year before hire or transfer into the position

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
