The Manager of Strategic Planning and Development will be responsible for the direction, planning, implementation, and delivery of complex projects that require cross-functional collaboration with a broad cross section of business, clinical, and operation leadership. The manager will oversee existing strategic efforts, coordinate engagement on key topics across business lines identifying gaps and opportunities, and support both the development and implementation of strategies to help shape the future direction of the organization. This person will facilitate efforts across the system and work in close collaboration with departmental leadership to advance cross-functional partnerships that embed a strategic planning lens into all facets of CHS's activities and to help achieve the strategic objectives of the organization.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• Master's Degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of progressive operations, finance, or strategic development work experience required.
• Demonstrated experience managing a variety of statistics, analytic, and data initiatives across clinical and business functions required.
• Experience working with Epic, Clarity, Lawson, Tableau, or other SAP tools required.
• 5 years of management experience in healthcare, financial services, or related field preferred.
• Experience with hospital reimbursement, physician compensation, and physician contracting preferred.
