Responsibilities

The Provider Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering and analyzing provider compensation for the Community Provider Network (CPN), ensuring alignment with contractual agreements, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a resource, providing financial, analytical, and reporting support to stakeholders across CPN and CHS. The analyst interprets complex provider compensation models, validates performance metrics, monitors key metrics, and ensures payments are consistent with contractual terms and compliant with fair market value standards and applicable regulations. This position is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of reporting tools and systems used to track and analyze provider compensation.
 
 

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
 
Experience
• 2 years of contracting or related experience required
• Contracting experience in a large hospital or multi-hospital system preferred
