This is the third of a four level job series within Community Health System's (CHS) Information Technology Services, Business Systems Group. This position provides support for business systems, including: analyzing and documenting business processes, developing and documenting technical processes, translating user requirements for development teams, participating in system planning, and in vendor product identification/due diligence/selection.
Coordinates assigned tasks and projects related to business systems. Demonstrates significant understanding business and application knowledge consistent with business needs. Demonstrates the ability to manage complex projects and lead stakeholders with system enhancement opportunities. Incumbent's work effort requires minimal quality control and produces a significant level of work product. May act as a SME or Module Lead.
