In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Clovis Community, you’ll apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support our Level II NICU. Our NICU cares for infants born as early as 32 weeks gestation and provides a higher level of care without needing to transfer babies to another facility. Recognized by The Joint Commission for excellence in perinatal care, Clovis Community’s NICU fosters a compassionate, family-centered environment where parents are encouraged to partner in their infant’s care.
Your direct contribution to Community’s mission is evident in how you coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt-level role scheduled 8-hour shifts.
