In this new role as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Community Regional, you'll apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support California's third busiest Emergency Department. This 156-bed department serves more than 300 patients a day, spanning all levels of acuity. As part of the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento, you will help lead care beyond the Central Valley.

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts.
