Community Regional Medical Center is the largest of our three main hospitals and the flagship hospital of the Central Valley. This academic-affiliated, Level 1 Trauma Center is located on a 58-acre campus in downtown Fresno. It features one of the largest and busiest emergency departments in California as well as a comprehensive burn center. Our hospital serves 2.5 million people within 9 counties, averaging a daily census of 641 patient.

Our 10-bed unit handles a wide range of cases, from mild scald burns to high-acuity trauma and complex wound care. We are also actively involved in burn research and evidence-based practice, giving you the opportunity to grow clinically and professionally.
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our dynamic Burn team at Community Regional Medical Center. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of burn survivors and their families. In this fast-paced and rewarding environment, you’ll collaborate with a close-knit, interdisciplinary team at the Leon S. Peters Burn Center – the only American Burn Association (ABA) Verified Burn Center in the Central Valley. As a Level 1 Burn Center serving both adult and pediatric patients, we provide 24/7 comprehensive burn care and are recognized for clinical excellence and advanced treatment protocols.
As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you’ll take the leadership and administrative skills you developed in your time at the bedside, and use them to support a top performing team.
