The Provider Relations Associate is responsible for responding to member insurance inquiries and communicating with members and staff regarding Community Health Partners (CHP) contracted insurance health plans. This role serves as a knowledgeable resource providing assistance to payors, providers, and staff members.

Education:

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

Experience: 

• 2 years of clerical, customer service, or health care related experience required
• 3 years of experience in the health care field preferred
• Experience with providers, insurance, or benefits preferred
