RN Supervisor, Radiation Oncology Clinic

We are looking for an RN Supervisor to join our growing team! In your role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with the team that supports practice managers and supervisors with providing leadership to Community Health Partners’ clinical staff. Using your expertise, you will lead department orientation, training and mentoring, all while improving performance, developing service areas and improving services! Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field required
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate AND an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree requirement

Experience

• 3 years of nursing, clinical quality, patient safety, compliance, or healthcare administration experience required
• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
• Ambulatory practice compliance, operations, and training experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• DL - Valid California Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Community Health System required
