Join the Community team as the Manager of Rehab Services at the brand-new Burnett Extended Care Center, a state-of-the-art 154-bed facility set to open by mid-2025 at our downtown Fresno campus. Burnett will address critical post-acute care needs in the region with specialized units for Memory Care, Long-Term Care and Transitional Care, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a comprehensive rehab program in a cutting-edge post-acute setting.  

 

 As the Rehab Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of department goals, policies, and standards of care, ensuring the highest level of rehabilitation services in a comprehensive post-acute setting. You will be instrumental in shaping team culture, fostering professional growth, and driving excellence in patient outcomes. Your ability to lead staff development, manage budgets, and build strong interdepartmental relationships will be essential to the program's success. You will be a detail-oriented leader and proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering a learning environment and vision for the department. Qualifications

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required 
  • 3 years in an acute care/rehabilitation department of a medical center serving a diverse patient population required 
  • 2 years in staff supervision or leadership responsibilities required 
  • 2 years as a member of, or working with a multidisciplinary team required 
  • 3 years experience as a staff therapist required
