Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a two full-time Pediatricians to join our thriving, well-established pediatric practices. Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Physician you will:

  • Preform wellness and health exams and other preventative screenings
  • Review prescription medicines
  • Review lab results
  • Treat illness and injuries
  • Treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and high cholesterol
  • Refer to specialty care, as needed

Qualifications

Education
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required
 
Licenses and Certifications
• Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of California required
