Responsibilities

As the Team Leader of Charge Capture Specialist for Community Health Partners, you will be responsible for advising and assisting the Charge Capture Specialist users in managing Revenue Cycle initiatives for our clinics and designated providers. Community Health Partners – part of Community Health System – helps primary care physicians and specialists manage their practices. We are looking for a detail-oriented team member with advanced expertise in accurately charging procedures - ensuring that all billable charges are captured. From reconciliation of department work queues for assigned areas, to working with all levels of leadership to resolve any issues relating to charge capture, to assisting in the development of the Revenue Cycle, you will be integral in ensuring compliance of procedures and protocols.

The Team Leader Revenue Cycle is responsible for leading and training department personnel and ensuring adherence to customary Revenue Cycle protocols for Community Health Partners (CHP). Monitors workflow, reports and coordinates team sessions ensuring the department operates at optimal performance. Assists in the development and administration of policies and procedures. The Team Leader will work closely with operations and providers and their staff to identify issues, opportunities and process trends or patterns that impact CHP's overall efficiency and profitability.
 
 

Qualifications

Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Associate's Degree preferred
 
Experience
• 2 years of Patient Financial Services, Revenue Cycle or related experience required
• 5 years of healthcare business office, billing, financial services, insurance or related experience preferred
