As the Supervisor of Therapeutic Services for Community Behavioral Health Center, you will lead and support a team of care coordinators, recreation therapists, and behavioral health clinicians. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, patient assignments, and the coordination of therapeutic services such as individual, family, and group sessions. Your guidance will ensure the delivery of quality care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Education and Experience

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) required
• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare setting required

Licenses and Certifications

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• One of the following is required
• LCSW - State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• LMFT - State of California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
