Community Health Partners and Community Breast Specialists is seeking an Advance Practice Provider (APP) to work in an established Breast Oncology practice located in Clovis.
The APP provides routine care and management of the breast oncology patients in outpatient and inpatient setting, in collaboration with the supervising physician, and through implementation of standardized procedures.

In this position, you will be at the forefront of providing comprehensive routine care and management for patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting, working closely with a supervising physician to ensure the highest standards of care through the implementation of standardized procedures.
As a key member of our developing breast program, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including breast surgeons, radiation oncologists, and the Community Cancer Institute, to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. In addition, your role will also involve exciting initiatives such as clinic trials and survivorship program, supporting patients beyond treatment into long-term health.
