CRMC is the flagship hospital of Community Medical Centers – a private, not-for-profit healthcare system based in Fresno, California, and the largest healthcare provider and private employer in central California. CARDIAC SURGERY REGISTERED NURSE
In this role you will promote and coordinate high quality standard peri-operative care for the Cardiac patient, in conjunction with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusion, ancillary and support staff.
You will provide direct patient care in the surgical environment and works collaboratively with the surgeon and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works under the direct supervision of the surgeon during the intraoperative phase.
The role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research
