In this position, you will manage admitting and registration services at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC), the flagship hospital of Community Medical Centers located in Fresno, California. We measure up with top hospitals nationally and are the 3rd largest in California. CRMC is home to the only Level 1 Trauma Center and has the only comprehensive burn care in the Valley serving 2.5 million people within 9 counties. The 56,000 square-foot emergency department is one of the largest and busiest in the state. Given the scope of this role, the successful candidate will need to have strong people management, budgeting, and quality improvement skills. This position oversees departments that provide services 24-hours a day and will involve addressing after-hour issues as needed.

The Admitting and Registration Manager coordinates and facilitates all admitting services for our 685-bed medical center including the ED. In this role, you will prepare the annual budget, manage staffing and scheduling, as well as monitor productivity and compliance. You will also provide staff education and training and oversee admitting standards and policies for the hospital. Additionally, you will ensure efficiency to identify all potential sources of reimbursement and develop other revenue-generating strategies.
