In this position, every day brings new and energizing challenges. Community is growing its footprint with expansions and the talent landscape in healthcare is highly competitive, which makes our roles in talent acquisition challenging and pushes us to always think of new ways to engage with talent.
You will work with a peer team of nine recruiters and an in-house recruitment marketing partner each day to strategize on finding and engaging with the best talent to impact our mission. You can help develop this function at Community and elevate our skills while you continue to grow as a lead in this space. From strategic research and sharing ideas with recruiters and hiring managers, to collaborating on campaigns, to taking action and using data to support decisions, with constant communication throughout, and assisting with social media along the way - you will help drive our brand and goals.
