    Community Medical Centers' Revenue Cycle team works to optimize revenue generation and ensures compliance with payer requirements, applicable laws and regulations. As the Contract Maintenance Specialist for this team, you will support Patient Financial Services in maximizing reimbursement through the collection and skilled analysis of contract management data.

    As a Contract Maintenance Specialistyour key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

    • Performs a variety of assignments involving research, analysis, planning, evaluation, maintenance and administrative duties.
    • Evaluates accuracy and effectiveness of contract manager program and recommends modifications.
    • Prepares reports, correspondence, and statistical materials.
    • Analyze expected reimbursement compared to actual payments to optimize contract manager program and ensure proper payor reimbursement.
    • Coordinates efforts with the PFS staff to maximize collections of managed care accounts.
    • Actively participates in system evaluations and implementations.
    • Acts as a liaison between Patient Financial Services and contract manager vendor, with regard to the process of routine work and problem solving.


    Experience and education minimum requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. A high school diploma/GED and four (4) years of experience in a related field may be substituted in lieu of education.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
    • Experience using EPIC Resolute and Contract Manager Software.
