Being a Sterile Processing Technician 2 is both challenging and demanding-- but also very rewarding. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to learn from multiple disciplines, communicate effectively with vendor representatives, and manage supply for upcoming procedures. You will gain a well-rounded experience in dealing with various service lines and interact frequently with the OR team. Clovis Community Medical Center is a growing state-of-the-art facility with 16 operating rooms, adding 1 more by the end of 2019 and 6 more in 2021. Our ORs see over 1,000 cases a month, both inpatient and outpatient.

Responsible for the sterile processing of supplies and maintenance of the operating room and various other departments within the hospital.
High School diploma/GED.
MINIMUM REQUIRED: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) from either IAHCSMM or CBSPD.
PREFERRED: Current BLS certification.
