Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is adding an additional RN position to two of its telemetry units. In this role you will work on two different floors.
The Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit is the largest inpatient unit in the hospital with 64, monitored beds. RN to patient ratio is 1:3 or 1:4 depending on the acuity of the patient. You will provide care to Cardiac patients with various medical comorbidities such as End-Stage Renal Disease, Diabetes, and CHF. In the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit, you will also care for patients with various respiratory diseases requiring adjunct Oxygen delivery such as BiPAP and CPAP.
The Cardiovascular Progressive 8 West Unit is a large, 47 bed, monitored unit. RN to patient ratio is also 1:3 or 1:4 depending on the acuity of the patient. You will provide care to pre and post open heart surgery patients, stable LVAD patients and patients with Pulmonary Hypertension.

Minimum requirements include: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program. Current RN license for the state of California and BLS certification. Electrocardiogram (EKG) Analysis certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
