Under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse, provides direct patient care and assistance with basic life skills for acutely ill mental patients from their arrival through discharge.
High School Diploma/GED. One year of direct patient care experience. Current enrollment in an accredited school of Nursing for RN or LVN program. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIRED: Either valid or invalid Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate OR current enrollment in an accredited school of nursing - RN or LVN Program. Current BLS certification.
