    Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Interventional Radiology Unit.

    Community Regional Medical Center is seeking nurses like you for challenging 10 hour shifts with call time.

     

    JOB SUMMARY: 
    Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health team; carries out established nursing procedures following hospital policy, and functions in a variety of settings.  Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care efficiently with the awareness of the goals of the unit and/or organization.  Reports to the Medical Imaging Manager and works closely with the Medical Imaging Nurse Supervisor to meet the operational needs of the facility.  Supports staff and patients as a clinical leader/expert in vascular access, focusing on Vascular Access Devices.  Assists competency assessment of Vascular Access certified staff.  Evaluates and makes recommendations for vascular access equipment and supplies. 

     

    Qualifications

     Minimum requirements include: Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.  Current RN license for the state of California and BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.

    • 1 year Vascular Access/PICC Experience
    • Certified as a Vascular Access RN thorugh an accredited Vascular Access Course
    • Ability to work closely with Radiology team members.
    • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
    • Desire to work closely with skilled Radiologists in all areas of this specialty.
