    Responsibilities

    • Knowledge of governmental and regulatory agencies and programs.
    • Develop analytical reports to identify and monitor performance activities.
    • Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for data management and reporting improvement.
    • Consult with department personnel to review and interpret reports under the supervision of senior members of the department.
    • Serve as a resource to other analysts in creating, designing and implementing databases and data integration solutions.
    • Develop methods of transforming data into actionable information through report presentation including charts, graphs, and spreadsheets and prepare finished packages for presentation.
    • Collaborate with other analysts in developing processes to ensure data integrity and security related to the processes of collection, distribution, and analysis of results.
    • Distribute reports for review and approval as defined by department policy, insuring all indicated corrections and changes are processed and the report copies are prepared prior to meetings.
    • Assist in the aggregation and presentation of ad hoc statistical data as directed for accreditation, regulatory, risk management and business planning.
    • Policy research and analysis of program impact.
    • Works closely with other Quantitative Analysts in the design methodology, statistical analysis and presentation of Quality Improvement measurement activities at Community Medical Centers

    Qualifications

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

    MINIMUM REQUIRED:

    • Bachelors degree in statistics, business, nursing or closely related fields.
    • Previous employment in a highly confidential position.
    • Experience with statistical software packages such as Excel and SPSS.

    PREFERRED: Healthcare background
