Develops and implements strategic marketing/public relations and/or internal communication plans and initiatives, consistent with Community's established strategic direction and corporate goals. Interacts directly with Human Resources, Information Systems, Fund raising, Business Development staff and other internal and external contacts to create and execute these plans and their associated projects. Oversees writing responsibilities, editing needs, and general content development for a variety of communication mediums and audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field. Five or more years of progressively responsible, professional communications experience.
PREFERRED: Experience in the Healthcare industry or a Healthcare setting.
